What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with athletes.
- Experience in gymnastics (coaching or competing) is a plus but not required.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as a coach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedication to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for athletes of all skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor gymnasts, focusing on skill development, proper techniques, and confidence building.
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to various age groups and abilities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe training environment.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on best practices in gymnastics coaching.
