POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by generating new opportunities and building lasting relationships with homeowners. This role focuses on outbound sales and lead management, engaging with homeowners to provide high-quality roofing solutions that enhance and protect their homes. The ideal candidate is coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver personalized roofing services that meet each homeowner’s needs.

OBJECTIVES
- The outside sales rep will spend 75% of their time generating leads and securing residential clients through various outreach methods (Cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, events, etc.)
- Conduct door-to-door sales with prospective clients to schedule and perform onsite inspections for storm damage, collaborate with insurance adjusters, and secure signed contracts for repair services.
- Collaborate with operations, project management, and account teams to close new business and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Utilize CRM platform to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and follow internal sales process..
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by generating new prospects and closing deals.
- Deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on repair solutions.
- Generate detailed sales analytics reports, including key metrics and performance trends, to present to your manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Proficient in CRM, business communication (email), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of the journey and sales process.
- Must have valid Driver’s License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive outdoor work requires you to be on your feet, carry a ladder, and climb onto roofs.
- Frequent travel to various locations to meet with prospective clients.
