Wash Maintenance and Grounds

All Paws Pet Wash is a locally owned business that manufactures Pet Wash kiosks. We are looking for someone to oversee the maintenance of our Eau Claire area locations, including Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Altoona and Eau Claire. This entails going to the Pet Wash daily to maintain and clean unit. As well as cleaning and maintaining the grounds at the office and area car washes.

· Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and basic equipment repairs

· Diluting and filling soap as necessary

· Testing the functions on the Pet Wash to ensure they are working correctly

· Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs

· Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

· Do a deep clean in the Pet Wash daily

· Check water and room temperature for comfortability

· Cleaning up garbage and emptying trash bins

· Ensuring all car wash bays are working properly, if they are not communicating to appropriate departments for repair

· Check chemical levels and replace as needed

· Washing down self-serve car wash bays

· Power washing pet wash units and car washes as needed

· Perform landscape maintenance such as mowing, shoveling, trimming and grounds upkeep
