What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at ALL POINTE CARE, LLC?
All Pointe Care, LLC offers a wide range of programs and services for children and adults with varying levels of disabilities and needs. We are seeking a per diem Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. The Behavior Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing ongoing support and consultation to our clients, families and staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Develop program plans to increase daily living skills
- Provide training and direct supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Complete and submit ongoing progress reports timely
- Graph data, analyze data, and maintain documentation in accordance with BACB best practices
- Prepare and submit reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Behavior Analysts must possess the following credentials in order to be considered for employment.
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- A copy of current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum
- Minimum of one year of experience writing FBAs and BIPs
- Availability during after school hours and weekends.
Salary : $60 - $65
