Job Description :
The objective of this effort is to provide intelligence software support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center’s MASINT Analysis Squadron (NASIC / GSM) in the Non-Cooperative Target Identification (NCTI) mission. NCTI Tool Support includes cloud integration tool maintenance and minor enhancements, software and hardware support, and training and documentation (O&M funded). This effort also includes NCTI Tool Development and advanced capabilities R&D (R&D funded). The contractor shall follow Agile Scrum best practices as defined in the NASIC Software Way, the NASIC Software Development Guide, and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Modernization (Mod) Principles. The contractor shall coordinate closely with the Government Product Owner (PO) and participate in PED Mod Scrum events.
EDUCATION :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 Years
- Providing production support and imagery analysis including the advanced technical exploitation of imagery data, including integrated GEOINT data, in space systems analysis.
- Interpreting, analyzing, and capturing imagery observables of all types in support of national, military, and local security goals, concerns and strategies.
- Conducting analysis including the processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of imagery data
- Construct and deliver briefings on analysis, techniques, and findings.
- Analysis Reports : textual reporting and annotated graphics
- PowerPoint Reports : analysis of imagery to convey results of analysis
- Stand-Alone : analysis of imagery derived data
