DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared PC Deployment Technician to join our team at Offutt AFB, in Omaha, Nebraska. The PC Deployment Technician performs new equipment installations, technical refresh, operations and maintenance for computers, printers and peripherals in support of USSTRATCOM missions. They are responsible for completing high-level technical installation and maintenance of multiple system configurations, ensuring compliance with security requirements and classifications that support Command and Control, War Planning, Command Management LAN, and external USSTRATCOM interfaces. The PC technician performs systems administrative tasks supporting configuration management of new PCs, ensuring compliance with security requirements and classifications that support Command and Control, War Planning, Command Management LAN, and USSTRATCOM interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:
- Load PC and laptop images across network using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Install application software via, MS SCCM, manually or across the network
- Install/configure/troubleshoot PCs and peripherals
- Configure PCs for Multiple View monitor configuration
- Perform peripheral and memory upgrades
- Install/configure/troubleshoot network printers and digital senders
- Install/configure/troubleshoot scanners
- Interpret specifications, drawing trees and equipment lists to determine installation methods
- Monitor and tune appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance
- Oversee appropriate level software installations and upgrades
- Interact with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding deployments and issues
- Diagnose problems, and escalates unresolved issues or problems; may provide alternative courses of action.
- Create and maintain work instructions
- Train junior staff as necessary
- High School Diploma or higher with experience as an IT Hardware Technician or experience in a help desk environment
- 3 - 8 Years
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570 Level I certification (A , Network , or Security ) must be obtained within 120 days of hire
- ITIL® v4 Foundation
- Self-starter; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery
- Self-motivated; proactive; a team player; well spoken
- Strong oral/written communication skills, including experience communicating w/ technical & non-tech clients
- Ability to work ticket queues and document resolutions completely and accurately
- Strong ability to install, troubleshoot and deliver applications to end users using current deployment tools
- Able to analyze alerts and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting
- Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills
- Advanced SCCM software/patching deployment experience
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with the DISA STIG requirements for Windows-based workstations
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Familiarity with DoD Information Assurance Concepts/Process
- Previous patching/remediation experience in a DoD environment
- Scripting language proficiency
- Experience accurately documenting technical processes and procedures
- Experience using IT Management tools such as Remedy
- Must be familiar with installing software via Microsoft SCCM
- Ability to install/configure/troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, printers, digital senders, scanners
- Must be familiar with the Remedy Action Request System

- FULL UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- ACTIVE AND CURRENT US DoD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE (OR HIGHER) REQUIRED with eligibility for TS and special accesses.
