Quality Engineer

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:

All Points is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting Lockheed Martin’s GeoXO program.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum requirement is BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Software), Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited college. 

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• MS: 3 - 18 years
• BS: 5 - 20 years

SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• *US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED*
• Develop core program mission assurance requirements and guide engineering counterparts to meet those requirements
• Drawing Reviews, Spec development, release support
• Support production, supply chain, and the final assembly and test of the satellite vehicle to ensure the success of the mission
• Supplier Quality engagement including oversight and engagement on key issues
• Lead root cause analysis and drive effective corrective action to improve processes
• Analyze and generate quality metrics that might detect actionable trends in our processes
• Analyze processes using lean six sigma concepts to reduce variation and improve consistency within processes
• Drive process improvement to improve product quality and consistency
• PDR & CDR support
• MWI development and review
• Test Procedure development and review
• Nonconformance management including leadership of PR / MRB / FRBs

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• FULL UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

SALARY RANGE:

• Approximately $117,000 - $210,000, depending on education, experience, labor category, market, and budget.
