As a Lead Automotive Service Writer at All-Pro Fleet Services, you create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive. You skillfully manage the day's tasks, from scheduling jobs to crafting precise estimates, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance. IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?
- 7 years of experience in service writing, with 10 years being ideal
- Experience working with auto, tire, and commercial vehicle repair businesses
- Experience in general repair, commercial fleet maintenance, and/or fast-paced commercial tire repair facilities
- Strong customer service skills
- High-performing oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set and drive weekly/monthly sales goals throughout All-Pro Fleet Services
- Ability to authorize repairs for multiple fleet repair technicians
- Ability to understand and drive results concerning technician efficiency and scheduling repair orders
