Facilities Maintenance Analyst
Job Description : Analyze preventive maintenance program services for a variety of clients, trades, and industries. Oversee each program from service contract creation through back end scope and budget monitoring. Report on program performance to established KPIs, and implement improvement practices for all programs to continuously better this performance.
- MUST live in the DFW area
- MUST have knowledge of the Facility Services Industry

Qualifications
High school diploma
Background in service contract management is preferred
Willing and able to work and collaborate in an office environment
Logical reasoning / Critical thinking
Pay Range : $50-60K
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
