Facilities Maintenance Analyst

Job Description : Analyze preventive maintenance program services for a variety of clients, trades, and industries. Oversee each program from service contract creation through back end scope and budget monitoring. Report on program performance to established KPIs, and implement improvement practices for all programs to continuously better this performance.

MUST live in the DFW area
MUST have knowledge of the Facility Services Industry

Responsibilities

Collect data and report on key performance metrics to ensure achievement of performance goals of each program

Identify opportunities to adapt innovative programs that reduce inefficiency and / or reactive service requests

Organize and complete RFPs for all client requested programs. Create service agreement contracts with each selected service provider and client that document all services to be completed.

Publish scope / job instructions for scheduled maintenance tasks in the internal database, and prepare cost benefit analyses to substantiate selected scopes of work

Review vendor submitted service reports for accuracy of scope performed and authorize additional services as needed

Oversee and manage budget calculator database, including internal service request inputs and external industry data

Complete weekly audits of customer programs and service requests to ensure reporting accuracy

Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining thorough and consistent client communication and support to ensure satisfactory delivery of agreed programs

Must be able to prioritize maintenance tasks and periodically check the completed work for quality to guarantee guidelines are being precisely followed

Qualifications

High school diploma

Background in service contract management is preferred

Willing and able to work and collaborate in an office environment

Logical reasoning / Critical thinking

Pay Range : $50-60K

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
