About the Role :
All Pro Irrigation LLC is seeking an experienced (preferred but not required in irrigation) Irrigation Supervisor to join our team in Greenville, SC. As the Irrigation Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems for our clients, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise a team of irrigation technicians in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Coordinate with clients to determine their irrigation needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
- Perform quality control checks on all installations and repairs
- Train and mentor new team members
- Oversee the shop (equipment, inventory etc)
- Commutate with office
- Run machinery (tractor for trenching)
- 5 years of experience in management or leadership role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual is a plus
