Role Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst III, you’ll own development standards, ensure data pipeline quality, and troubleshoot data-related issues. This high-visibility individual-contributor role involves creating specifications for AI use cases, supporting AI/ML models, and maintaining documentation for data engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Snowflake.
- Integrate data from multiple sources for modeling, validation, and deployment.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production.
- Implement best practices for Snowflake Cortex and other Snowflake functions.
- Partner with users and analysts to translate functional specifications into technical requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all data engineering routines and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- Data engineering with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- Writing complex SQL and stored procedures using JavaScript or Python.
- Supporting AI initiatives as a data engineer or data scientist.
- Proficiency in:
- Pandas, Pyspark, Snowpark ML, and Snowflake Cortex Large Language Model (LLM) functions.
- Configuring REST/SOAP APIs and parsing XML/JSON data.
- Extensive experience with:
- Data warehousing concepts and performance optimization.
- ETL/ELT tools; knowledge of the IICS platform is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
