Are you a seasoned nursing leader with a passion for long-term care? We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and elevate our long-term care facility in California. This role is key in ensuring high-quality patient care and driving excellence in nursing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team, promoting a culture of compassionate care and collaboration
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, quality care metrics, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement policies that improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Associates degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
- 5 years of experience as an RN in a SNF or acute care setting
- 3 years of experience as a nurse manager
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Current CPR certification
