Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
We're seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) IT Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. This onsite role supports our office staff and retail store team with hands-on IT support, equipment management, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, network, SAP, and POS systems.
What You’ll Do:Provide daily technical support to both office and retail staff
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and POS systems
Set up and configure IT equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, etc.)
Install software, OS updates, and security patches
Handle SAP user access and resolve basic system issues
Maintain network connectivity (wired and wireless)
Support new hire onboarding and terminations
Manage and resolve IT tickets via the helpdesk system
Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair
Keep an accurate inventory of IT assets
Bilingual in Korean and English
2 years of IT support experience (office and retail preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience with SAP and POS systems is a plus
Proficient with Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
Familiar with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Certifications (CompTIA A , Network , etc.) are a plus
Must be available to work onsite at both office and retail locations
