LPN Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.)
• Provide basic bedside care, including assisting with injections and enemas
• Ensure patient comfort while working closely with physicians and RNs
• Administer and observe medications, coordinating care with social workers and doctors
• Educate patients and families on proper healthcare practices
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as medication management, hygiene, and dietary needs

What You Need to Apply:

✔ Valid NY LPN License
✔ At least 2 years of LPN experience (nursing home experience preferred)
✔ Current BLS certification
✔ Up-to-date physical
✔ Passion for quality patient care, professionalism, and reliability
