Payroll Specialist – ADP Experience Required
Location : Queens, NY
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our team at a small, well-established nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of payroll processes, prior experience using ADP , and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for nursing home staff using ADP .
- Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up payroll profiles.
- Generate payroll reports and provide summaries to management as needed.
- Support HR and accounting teams with payroll-related tasks.
