Join our healthcare team as a Physical Therapist in the Acute/Inpatient Rehab department at Fresno, CA. This is a full-time, contract-based position offering valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic hospital setting.
Key Details:
Shift Timings: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Type: Acute/Inpatient Rehab (Not Outpatient)
Holiday/Weekend Coverage: Some holidays and one weekend per month
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
SNF experience preferred
Valid Physical Therapist license
Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
Develop, revise, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques tailored to patient needs.
Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.
