Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, development, and implementation of P&I-managed initiatives related to management information systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), including planning, organizing resources, and coordinating project activities with stakeholders and technical teams.
Evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and identify true business needs.
Collaborate with technical leads to oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality system delivery within time and cost estimates.
Develop and maintain IT service management policies and process documentation.
Conduct project scoping sessions and assist in creating work and proposal statements.
Monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Lead status meetings, track issues and risks, and prepare project reports.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies, providing updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate problem-solving and resolve competing priorities across teams.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT service management, project management, systems analysis, and development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
PMP Certification preferred.
