Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience working in long-term care and nursing home settings
- BSN preferred
- Nurse managers or former RN directors encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate care provided to residents in long-term care and nursing home facilities using a proprietary tool created for the project. All nurses will be trained by the project lead
- Monitor facility practices to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Project lead
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for enhancing care and facility practices.
