As the first point of contact for guests and employees, you will be the face of the company—providing an exceptional experience through warm greetings, seamless assistance, and outstanding customer service. This role requires a candidate with prior receptionist experience who thrives in a people-facing position, enjoys assisting others, and can maintain a calm and organized demeanor throughout the day. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a highly respected business environment. Key Responsibilities : Warmly greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients as they enter the facility. Manage and transfer incoming calls from across the United States. Distribute name badges to visitors and temporary employees. Issue facility access cards to employees. Schedule meeting rooms and maintain an updated booking system. Participate enthusiastically in company and community service events. Perform light administrative tasks, including PC support and compiling reports. Act as a role model for the company's vision, values, and mission. Build strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external guests. Maintain and update company phone and speed dial lists. Manage the issuing and tracking of company loaner cell phones. Provide assistance to various departments, such as compiling manuals and labeling envelopes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : At least 2 years of switchboard and receptionist experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Technical Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Soft Skills : Exceptional customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Ability to interpret and apply complex data and instructions. Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. A proactive mindset with a positive attitude. Physical Demands and Working Conditions : Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. Minimal physical effort required; the role is primarily sedentary but does involve some walking, standing, and reaching. Occasional lifting of light objects (under 10 lbs.).
