Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Driver
Location: Suwanee, Georgia, 30024
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (3 months)
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Duration: Dec 8, 2024 – Mar 8, 2025
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Forklift Driver to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, loading and unloading goods, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety within the warehouse. This is a 3-month temporary position with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Unload, load, and move materials between storage areas and trucks.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Assist with inventory management and counts.
- Follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of relevant warehouse or forklift experience.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred (not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
