Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in ERISA-related litigation, including class actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and benefits disputes.
- Advise clients on ERISA compliance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including plan documents, contracts, and litigation filings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to provide strategic advice and develop case strategies.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERISA regulations, case law, and trends to proactively address client needs.
