All Property Services is now hiring a full-time experienced Landscape Manager! MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor spaces and possess the skills necessary and attention to detail to create and maintain beautiful landscapes.

Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Interviewing potential candidates and hiring new team members.
• Timely completion all necessary paper and computer work for invoicing jobs.
• Order and deliver all required materials for each job.
• Create daily work schedules and manage crew activity.
• Providing feedback and written documentation on employees performance, along with disciplinary and / or performance reviews or any other admin duties.
• Track all vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate all inventory needs mulch, salt etc.
• Responsible for open communications from field to the main office.
• Supervise crews and approve all completed projects.

Qualifications :

Hours vary from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm with occasional overtime and weekends required.

Winter hours will vary based on snow removal needs.
