We are looking for an experienced staffing industry professional to join one of the fastest
growing Staffing Agencies in the Southeast.
This is a contract to hire opportunity with permanent employment after 6 months.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities would include:
- Input employee and client data into the agency software program.
- Proactively source/recruit and interview potential candidates for open job orders.
- Work with clients, taking job orders and general work order information to assist in
identifying the best suited employees for that position or customer.
- Proactively source/recruit and interview potential candidates for open job orders
- Address potential workers questions with regards to employment.
- Assist new applicants with employment process.
- Assist in the payroll process.
- Perform routine office support tasks including organizing and maintaining employee and
customer files.
- Assist with daily & weekly close.
- Update clients on hiring status.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments,
and interview evaluations.
Skills required:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication
skills.
- A willingness and desire to work with people in assisting them to achieve their goals, this
is for both clients and employees.
Skills Preferred:
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person
interviews and group interviews.
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
