What You’ll Do: As a member of our team, you’ll be an essential part of each participant’s journey, providing support, encouragement, and guidance. Through fun activities like bowling, dancing, and trips to the Columbus Zoo, you’ll help build life skills, foster social connections, and create moments of joy. Our structured program is thoughtfully designed to meet individual needs, build self-confidence, and nurture skills that empower our friends to thrive. Working here means making a meaningful impact every day, all within a team-oriented, supportive environment focused on safety, dignity, and fun!

We’re Looking for People Who Are:

- Committed – Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am-5pm.
- Qualifications –A high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points), ability to pass background, and drug screening and the physical ability to assist individuals with activities. The substances that will be tested for in the drug screening are: Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (THC/Marijuana ), Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone, and Propoxyphene.
