Kenworth/Chesapeake Ford in Rosedale is searching for experienced Diesel Techs to use their mechanical abilities and make an immediate impact with our customers. Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and recondition Ford or Kenworth trucks as directed by the service department and service manager.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions. Hydraulics, electrical, transmission...
- Recognize and suggest appropriate repairs to the service manager.
- Ability to weld effectively
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all repairs preformed. (using CDK)
- Create estimates for repair costs within work orders
- All other duties as assigned.
