- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
- All other duties as assigned
