As a Heavy Equipment Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with our customers. This role helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. You will be well versed in mechanical service matters and thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations. We want the customer to receive first-class service. Prior service advisor experience and heavy equipment / heavy duty will be given preference. This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity with a base salary plus commission.
