Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN looking for your next travel assignment? We’re seeking skilled professionals to join our team in a fast-paced, 64-bed Emergency Department in Utica, NY. With both day and night shifts available, this opportunity offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the chance to make a difference in a high-acuity care environment.
Position Details
oBeds : 64 total (40 acute, 2 trauma, 6 psych, 10 CDU, 2 triage, 6 super track).
oPatient Demographics : Newborns, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics.
oCommon Diagnoses : Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure.
oSpecialty Equipment : Rapid Infuser, Arctic Sun.
oRequired Drips / Medications : Pressors (Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, etc.), Vasodilators, Anti-arrhythmics, Sedation, Heparin, Insulin, TNK.
oCharge Nurse Capability : Highly preferred.
Requirements for Submission
1.Experience :
oMinimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including pediatric patients.
oTravel RN experience (documented in resume).
2.References :
oTwo recent ED Charge / Manager RN references required.
3.Credentials :
oActive NY RN license verified through NURSYS.
oCurrent AHA certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.
oTNCC certification is mandatory.
4.Skills Checklist : Specialty-specific and up to date.
5.Other Documents :
oDriver’s license with address matching demographics.
oEMR experience required (EPIC).
oRTO (requested time off) must be included at submission.
