This Claims Resolution Specialist Position Features :
- Temp positions-6 months or longer
- This is a phone-based position daily call handling. This is not an Examiner / Adjuster role. Position Overview : Claims Resolution Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support for providers. This is a temporary position dedicated to resolving claims payment inquiries, assisting with provider concerns, and ensuring efficient claims resolution. Primary Responsibilities : Claims Support : Address and resolve provider inquiries related to claims payments, denials, and disputes. Investigate claims issues involving contracts, payment guidelines, and policies. Administrative Support : Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Facets. Route escalated calls to appropriate departments or management. Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in claims resolution. 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment. 1 year of experience in HMO, Medi-Cal / Medicaid, or managed healthcare Apply for this great position as a claims resolution specialist today!
