Clinical Director of School Based Services $12k Sign on bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday during regular business hours with a hybrid work arrangement. Leadership positions require in-person presence 50% of the time. Clinical Directors may need to be on-site more frequently based on scheduled activities and meetings.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and inspire a team of Clinical Managers and staff while driving strategic initiatives. This senior leadership role focuses on program quality, compliance, team development, and community engagement to ensure our organization’s mission and values are reflected in every aspect of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, training, and supervision for Clinical Managers and their teams.
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Analyze data to improve processes, drive performance, and align services with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Shape and support organizational culture while driving successful outcomes.
• Develop programs and services to meet community needs and maintain alignment with local and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a license-eligible field.
• Current Colorado licensure (or ability to obtain licensure within six months) as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 5 years’ behavioral health experience and 5 years’ supervisory/management experience in increasingly responsible roles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, community mental health, managed care, and social services.

Salary Range (1.0 FTE):

• Licensed Psychologist: $129,341.78 - $154,215.20
• Licensed Therapist: $86,465.81 - $118,321.63
• (Salary is prorated for roles under 40 hours/week and is based on years of licensure and equity.)
