What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEDIS Nurse position at All’s Well?
We are currently seeking two experienced nurses to assist with a 7–9-month contract project focused on medical record audits in Tennessee. These roles involve traveling within assigned regions and require strong knowledge of HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures.
Positions Available:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Chattanooga, TN
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Knoxville, TN
Position Overview:
As a contract nurse on this project, you will be responsible for:
Conducting on-site medical record reviews and audits for insurance-related purposes
Collecting and organizing clinical documentation
Setting up and managing appointments with provider offices
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with HEDIS quality measures
Position Details:
Contract Duration: 7 to 9 months
Travel Requirement: Approximately 75% local travel within the assigned area
Work Type: Field-based, with travel to various provider sites
Requirements:
RN license (Chattanooga) or LPN license (Knoxville) – current and in good standing
Prior experience with HEDIS or medical record review
Strong computer, organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively within the region
