Position Details:
• Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Location: Pomona, CA
• Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (including holidays)
• Compensation: $32.00 per hour
• Type: Part-time, long-term contract
Your Impact:
• Conduct health assessments and connect clients to community resources.
• Monitor vital signs, ensure safety, and provide first aid as needed.
• Assist with Medi-Cal referrals and offer health education.
• Support clients in self-administering medications.
• Coordinate mobile health visits and schedule medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate health records and document client interactions.
All You Need:
• Current LVN license in California.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing, substance use treatment, or shelter care settings.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
• Compassionate and culturally competent, with strong rapport-building skills.
