- Prepare patients for appointments, including taking vitals and reviewing health histories
- Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Administer medications and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms
- Support smooth patient flow through scheduling and coordination of referrals
- Monitor and report patient conditions to providers
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families
- Manage triage calls and follow through with provider instructions
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and medications
- Assist in preparing patients for examinations and treatments
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN in South Carolina or with a valid compact state license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prior experience in pediatric healthcare is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a clinical care environment
