Primary Care Physician (MD / DO)

Location : Jacksonville, FL 32257

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, Saturday, 8am – 1pm

Pay : $200,000 - $275,000 yearly

We are a fast-growing family practice clinic with nine locations across Florida and are looking for a dedicated MD / DO to join our team. As we expand, we need a provider who will grow with us and help deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and treat patients in sick and urgent care settings, perform physicals, and provide health education.
• Co-manage patient care and recommend treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide the best patient care.
