We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. In this role, you will supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, collaborate with other disciplines, and utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care needs.

Develop and implement personalized care plans and coordinate care delivery.

Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to adjust care plans as necessary.

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care.

Provide education and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.

Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members effectively.

Maintain a safe, healing, and humane care environment.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (BSN) (Preferred).

Acute care facility experience (Preferred).

Licenses/Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (Required).

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required).

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
