- Wage : $20 per hour
- Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM). Includes occasional Saturdays (8 AM - 12 PM) and a once-weekly late shift (9 AM - 6 PM).Primary Responsibilities for Customer Care Specialists : As the first point of contact for our terrific customers, you will :
- Promptly answer calls, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule service appointments while providing detailed information on our pest control and termite services.
- Handle billing queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
