Job Description:
We're seeking an Apprentice Pest Technician to join our team. As an Apprentice, you'll work closely with our experienced technicians to develop your skills and expertise in pest management. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, conducting site inspections, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in implementing IPM strategies
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential pest issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as equipment checks and cleaning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a driver's license for at least five years, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. You should also be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in pest control is not required, but we do provide comprehensive training to help you get started.
