Overview
All Saints Academy (ASA) is a child-care through 8th grade school with two campuses. The business office is located at the Lower Campus at 2233 Diamond Ave in Grand Rapids, MI.
This is an immediate opening with the retiring incumbent available to train the newly hired individual.
Responsibilities
- Entire accounting function, starting with preparation of the annual budget to be presented to the Canonical Administrator and Board of Directors
- Daily operations of payables, receivables, and purchasing
- Cash flow management
- Monthly (and annual) financial statement preparation (statement of activities and statement of financial position)
- Entire human resources function, including biweekly payroll
- Risk management duties for facilities and safety
- Tuition affordability liaison by helping families apply for grants and the other financial assistance offered by the school and its founding parishes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
