Title: Third Grade Teacher
Reports to: Head of Lower School
Full-Time, 10-Month Position

All Saints’ Episcopal Day School in Central Phoenix seeks a Third Grade Teacher beginning in August 2023. The candidate for this full-time position will join an exceptional and talented faculty and work with bright, motivated, and engaging students.

Qualifications
A qualified candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education (advanced study and/or Master’s degree is preferred) and at least three years of elementary classroom teaching experience. Creativity, a true passion for teaching and learning, and a positive attitude are desired—as well as the ability to maintain a safe and structured learning environment within a dynamic, student-centered classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in middle elementary grades, the ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with their students, and will demonstrate strong communication skills with both children and adults. Additionally, he or she must have strong collaborative skills and be able to work closely with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional planning. The candidate will be expected to regularly participate in professional development and program improvement, support students and parents before and after school, and be assigned other duties by the Head of School.
