Job Description
All Saints' Episcopal School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Second Grade Teacher for our Lower School. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment, focusing on the academic, social, and emotional growth of second-grade students. Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver an age-appropriate and challenging curriculum for second-grade students in accordance with school guidelines and educational standards.

Provide effective instruction in various subjects, including mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies, while differentiating to meet diverse learning needs.

Establish and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and active participation.

Assess and monitor students' progress and academic growth, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Identify students who may require additional support and work with the appropriate resources to address their needs.

Maintain open and effective communication with parents to keep them informed about classroom activities, student progress, and school events.

Promote character development, values, and ethical behavior through classroom activities and interactions.

Participate in or lead extracurricular activities, school events, and field trips that enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Teaching certification.

Previous experience teaching second grade or elementary-level students.
