What Youll Be Doing:
- Helping clients protect what matters most Educate customers, recommend coverages, and close the deal.
- Multi-tasking like a pro Juggling quotes, service requests, and follow-ups without missing a beat.
- Building strong relationships No cold calling, just genuine consultative sales.
- Cross-selling & upselling Find coverage gaps and provide solutions clients will thank you for.
- Using tech to streamline sales Work within our CRM and agency management system to track leads and follow-ups.
- 2 years of insurance sales experience required Independent agency experience preferred.
- P&C License Required (Life & Health license a plus).
- A top sales performer You know how to build rapport and close deals.
- Quick on your feet You adapt, problem-solve, and turn objections into opportunities.
