What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Maintenance Specialist position at All Season Pools, LLC?
We are seeking a Pool Service Technician to become a part of our team! This position will assist with various repairs, services, and installations needed to pool equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleanings, service, installation, and repairs on residential swimming pools.
- Work as a team and solo to complete each day’s work orders.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Track all equipment, supplies, and chemicals usage using phone app.
- Assist with equipment organization and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or repairing residential pools and equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment safety.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including but not limiting to walking, running, lifting, and pushing.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
- Ability to work well in teams and solo.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have a valid SC driver's license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
