What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at All Seasons Adventures?
Work in the outdoor industry, learning the ins and outs of year-round guide service. Looking for someone professional, organized, detail oriented, passionate about the outdoors, and wanting to contribute to the day-to-day operations of All Seasons Adventures
Year-round full time (four 10-hour days/week)
In addition to hourly rate- biannual bonuses $$$$, $267/month health care stipend, $700 for the ski pass of your choice. Perks also include steep discounts on outdoor gear and apparel.
This job will consist of taking phone calls, answering emails, making reservations, scheduling guides, organizing logistics, entering payroll, among other tasks. Familiarity with QuickBooks, G-suit, Microsoft, Adobe/Photoshop, is always a plus but not mandatory. An applicant that is also able to hop in and guide some of our activities at the last minute is beneficial (not mandatory) and a great way to add on additional pay. The right person will find this a fun, engaging, challenging, and rewarding job with potential for long term growth.
Previous office work and customer service-related positions ideal.
