DAY-TO-DAY

The schedule for this position is part-time or full-time.

As an Office Admin, you make sure that all of our administrative operations flow smoothly. We want our clients to have the best experience with us, so you provide them with top-quality customer service. You warmly greet and communicate with customers, both in the shop and on the phone. You're always kind and quick to answer questions and find solutions to their concerns. Using QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets, you help with accounting, warranty information, and rebates. You get a great sense of accomplishment using your customer service and administrative skills to help others!

Throughout Hudson Valley, our fireplaces and chimneys put in their fair share of hard work winter after winter. The good news is that we know what to look for and how to care for these systems! For over 40 years, we've worked with our neighbors to maintain clean and efficient systems, from fireplaces and stoves to inserts and dryer vents. REQUIREMENTS FOR CHIMNEY OFFICE ADMIN

  • Must have at least 4 years of professional experience using Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
  • Customer service skills
  • Phone skills
  • 5 years of experience with multimedia operations and implementing
