Position Details:

• Schedule: Start with 3 days per week, with potential to transition to a 5-day workweek.
• Hours: Daytime hours—perfect for work-life balance.
• Pay: $12.50 per hour PLUS generous commission. The more you sell, the more you earn!

What You’ll Do:

• Intaking New Clients: Work with a client from the first time they call until after their first job is completed.
• Cold Calling: Confidently reach out to prospective clients.
• Boots-on-the-Ground Marketing: Engage with local businesses and the community.
• Networking: Build relationships that generate leads and opportunities.
• Lead Tracking: Use our systems to track, organize, and follow up with leads.
• Team Collaboration: Follow direction and work with the team to hit sales goals.

What You Bring:

• A positive, self-motivated attitude and a hunger for success.
• Comfort and confidence when talking with new people and building relationships.
• Strong understanding of Google Suite, business phone systems, and lead tracking tools.
• The ability to take direction, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
