We’re currently looking for a self-driven and organized Office Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth daily operation of our office.
Position Overview:
As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our company—answering phones, supporting our field staff, and helping with daily administrative tasks. You’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist team members with scheduling, communication, and logistical support
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry
- Support the Office Manager with various projects as needed
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Punctual and reliable—your team counts on you
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
Additional Info:
- Schedule: This position will begin as a seasonal role, but has the potential to become year-round for the right fit. 9am until 5pm
- Work Environment: You’ll be working in a supportive and fun team atmosphere where your efforts make a real difference.
