Human Resources Generalist

DIRECT HIRE

Our customer is looking for a quality candidate with at least 5-7 solid years of experience in HR, Payroll, Billing, and Financial Reporting.

As our recruiter you will build a network of qualified candidates and meet the hiring demands of those clients, evaluate skills in relation to the position requirements, conduct orientations on new hires and follow through to completion of onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and orient reliable employees

Manage all required paperwork and prepare documentation as needed

Create and manage online job boards to recruit labor, technical, clerical, and professional applicants

Assist potential applicants through the application process

Perform and administer reference checks, criminal background checks, drug tests, and skills tests

Conduct orientations as needed

Fill in for receptionist for lunches and vacation periodically as needed with other staff members

Payroll, Billing, Financial Reporting ,Unemployment paperwork, and Worker's Compensation Paperwork.

Requirements:

Experience with onboarding documents, interviewing, and qualifying candidates

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must possess strong customer service skills

Experience in Human Resources or Staffing is preferred

Experience in Payroll (100 ), Billing, Financial Reporting.

Experience with Unemployment and Worker's Compensation a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
