Job Summary
All Seasons Pools and Spas, Inc.. is seeking a reliable individual for an entry level position in Building/Grounds Support Personnel to perform routine upkeep of our facilities and outdoor areas.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and maintain building interiors, such as offices, hallways, and restrooms.
- Ensure outdoor spaces, including walkways, and parking lots, are tidy and well-maintained.
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf blowing, pulling weeds, or planting flowers.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry and painting.
- Assist with minor repairs to equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, such as changing filters and replacing light bulbs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or areas requiring repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing and electrical is helpful.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting (up to 75 lbs.), bending, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English in written/ oral forms Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
