We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to manage our financial records with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ensuring accurate daily reconciliations, deposits, and oversight of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP). This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process daily deposits and maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor payments and expense tracking.
- Utilize QuickBooks to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain financial data.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks (required).
- Strong understanding of daily reconciliation processes, AR, and AP functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
