What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Service Technician position at All Seasons Roofing, LLC?
We are currently seeking an experienced roofing repair technician. The perfect candidate will have knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR and metal roof repairs. Candidates must be able to diagnose leaks and properly execute repairs per industry standards. Other qualifications include computer and communications skills and a clean driving record. Pay is based on experience. 5 years commercial roofing experience required. 10 years preferred.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
· Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
· Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
· Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
· Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
· Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
